In his architect’s role, Kenneth was a decisive actor for the development of our target application solution design. For this project, he achieves a detailed and complex analysis with the owners of the applications, all around the globe. This permits to understand better how the application had been implemented during the past and to propose the best solution of centralization to have the largest number of landscapes eligible to this new design. I’ve been working with Kenneth during the past 8 years, initially as a member of my team and for the last 2 years as a technical architect in the HP transformation project.
Throughout these years Kenneth has demonstrated an exceptional work capacity, very high technical skills and the ability to carry out projects under pressure in complex technical environments.
As a member of my team he used to be THE reference for highly complex Sun Solaris/Veritas/R&D environments.

I do know Kenneth since we have insourced the IT services again from IBM. At that time, the project we ran called Country Integration. This means that we standardized and centralised the different IT related services to a common support model (HW & SW). Especially in the (Unix) datacenter area, Kenneth performed a briliant job to achieve this objective for the Belgian environment. After having this achieved, Kenneth contributed highly in the move of our datacenter at the time we moved to another building. By having achieved these complex and sensitive actions, Kenneth demonstrated he is able to perform the necessary coordination activities next to the pure technical actions. It’s good to have a contributor like Kenneth in the organisation.

I did 3 major IT consolidation projects with the support of Kenneth.
All of them were dealing with Data Center moves / migrations / consolidations. Those DC’s were hosting large mission critical and heterogeneous R&D infrastructures.
Kenneth’s role was to define the migration strategy setup the detailed planning and the general project deployment lead with the support of sub project leaders.
