I did 3 major IT consolidation projects with the support of Kenneth.
All of them were dealing with Data Center moves / migrations / consolidations. Those DC’s were hosting large mission critical and heterogeneous R&D infrastructures.
Kenneth’s role was to define the migration strategy setup the detailed planning and the general project deployment lead with the support of sub project leaders.
All the 3 projects have been a create success.
Kenneth’s deep and excellent knowledge of heterogeneous platform administration and operation was a major part of success.
